So now pharmacists will give you the drugs for free while paying you between five and twelve times what they used to cost?
Are you UTTERLY without shame or just genuinely that fucking stupid?
I can’t recommend Door Bitch at the Riverside Bitesize highly enough. Brilliant one woman show, one last chance to see it tomorrow… before it becomes a TV smash
Is it my imagination but are there fewer people out and about at the Fringe this year? Houses seem to be good in the shows but there didn’t seem to be any of the first weekend mayhem that you normally see?

A year ago we were sat in a consultation room being told I had cancer. Thankfully sorted out now but seems a good time to remind everyone that finding it early helped and if something doesn’t seem right go see the doctor!

I’m overwhelmed by all your messages. Thank you so much. I feel a bit young to be dealing with this, but hopefully that will aid my recovery. I know the hardest stuff is still to come but my advice so far is: if you have something wrong, go to the doctor. Catch it early.
I had the first surgery this morning for this slightly unwelcome cancer. All seems to be going to plan, due to the magnificent staff at St George’s but I have these tubes poking out, so I look like a car in my home town of Swanley that the locals are syphoning petrol from.
If you’re coming to a show on this tour, please don’t shout anything out. I say this at every show but still, almost every night, someone does. No one’s being mean; most often (they believe) they are offering encouragement. Please hear me: you’re making performing the show harder
When I was having chemo I met M, a lovely woman who confided to me that she was terminal. She said she had known for a few years that something wasn’t right but she didn’t go to the doctor until too late.
If you have a problem that doesn’t go away, get it checked. #FuckCancer
Exactly 1 year ago today, I saw my GP and started the whole process of diagnosis, treatment and thankfully cure #FuckCancer
