There’s been a huge effort to use the banning of violent Israeli football "fans" to again push the false claim that any criticism of Israel is anti-Semitic.
This news exposes how absurd that campaign has been.

A very pointed final line in a statement from the UK Football Policing Unit on the Maccabi story
“if the government want a role in regulating football events that could be termed ‘events of national significance’, then they need to bring forward legislation”
Literally none of this is true and this woman needs to get help. We have to stop allowing members who are experiencing mental breakdown to continue to work without getting them the help they need. This is an emergency, let’s help her before she hurts herself or one of us.
Recognition of the state of Palestine should not be used as a bargaining chip. It should have happened months ago. We also need far greater action to stop the humanitarian disaster in Gaza, including fully ceasing arms sales and implementing sanctions against the Israeli cabinet.
