I need to stop working for companies that are always late on paychecks. My previous one still owed me 3 months salary and the current one 2 months now and soon to be counting.

Just followed up on our HR on the payslip, they said I need to ask the boss directly for it, like what??? Isn't that what is HR for?? If I need to do everything myself then why bother having a HR at all??

Requested my payslips from HR last Monday, and 2 days later I'm still waiting, wonder why it takes them so long just for that one thing.

Apparently management sent out a memo yesterday declaring that today's a holiday for the office. The only problem is that they sent it to the admin dept only and forgot the operations dept. Cue in today the Op. dept all went to office without a clue, thats including me.

Looking forward to clock out on time today but my boss asked me to stay behind since he needs someone to lock the office after his late meeting with the clients

The working time on my new office sure is flexible, like the admin dept get to leave 30m earlier than the operations dept, just too bad I'm in the latter

Sometimes I do wonder how I went from graduating as a QS that supposed to work in construction, ended up working in telecommunication sector instead, and now I do misc. costing work like cctv installments on the side.

Company restructuring ongoing and now I went from working 5 days a week to 6 days

Apparently I sent my account dept all the invoices for a job and she said she'll handle it and inform them after payment, yet 2 months later I got called about undue payments regarding those very same invoices. Can't say that I'm not pissed off after learning about this too.

Apparently one of my coworkers set the AC to 16° but at the same time, her table is also directly under it so she's the least affected person in the office while everyone else feels like they're working in a fridge

Went to the bazaar near me and apparently I got screwed. Handed over rm20 for a rm4 drink, the peeps there gave me rm6 in change, can't even ask them to check because they're alrdy ignoring me for the next customer

We're moving office today but apparently my coworker who's supposed to be coordinating it didn't show up because she doesn't feel like it and the boss wouldn't do anything about it either. No offense to all the women out there but man working with one is a pain
