Good luck to @cinderfordrfc united against @Drybrook__RFC next Saturday. Heartbroken not to be playing but gona put today’s win bonus to good use and take the fiancée on holiday. Get down and enjoy the 80 minute trophy ceremony before it’s presented to the boys! #nopointturningup

Congratulations @UGRFC on a massive win yesterday! Wish I could be out there but you didn’t offer me enough scholarship! #onlykitandphysio?

[Edward Bogue @EDildohands]

All I’m saying is one start, 1 bonus point, @cinderfordrfc staying in @nca_rugby Nat 1 and I deny @ElthamiansRFC a bonus point. You are welcome @AmpthillRufc. @MrSamSmith_ have a look on hudle and see how it’s done!

[Edward Bogue @EDildohands]

Looking forward to be back playing with @Alex_Framey in this dangerous back three for @cinderfordrfc. Might as well give one of us player of the week already @nca_rugby. Confidence not arrogance!

People ask how I stay in top condition over such a long season at such a high standard of rugby. Key is #prehab and a good physio department @farrphysio

Excited to be training tonight after a class win for the @cinderfordrfc boys and a great personal performance for @HelpforHeroes at the weekend. Still lots to work on however! #everydayschoolday
