School feedback: The staff and provision at the Edison Centre, have (again) presented an outstanding service for a child in need. We are grateful for the resilience, tenacity and professionalism shown by the team throughout the placement.
Parent feedback:The staff at the Edison Centre have helped and supported us as a whole family during our time with them. Every staff member is warm and welcoming and did not only support XX but also supported myself when things became hard.
Transition school feedback: The report and the information shared before his start was helpful in helping us design a provision that works for him and for adults working with XX to demonstrate that they know him before him starting which added to his sense of belonging.
Outreach feedback: Quick to respond – matter of days/a couple of weeks from filling in the referral form to having someone here observing and offering advice
Approachable – staff were approachable and friendly towards children (and staff!).
Outreach feedback - The session was clear and informative. XX could answer all questions asked about the intervention. Modelling the intervention with the child was the most useful part. It was good that we could have a try while she was there.
It was well resourced.
School feedback: Staff were very approachable and I felt that we worked as part of a team through the process to ensure the best outcome for the pupil. I was also grateful for the shared meetings with parents and leading the focus back to the positive reintegration of the pupil
