@HeroMotoCorp No, I haven’t received any call from your customer care or from Regent Automobiles. Yet, my complaint was marked as “resolved” without my knowledge or consent. I don’t want to play this social media game. If your dealership wrongly collected money from me.

I purchased my first bike, the Hero Xtreme 125R, on 19 July 2026. During the purchase, I was told that personal insurance was mandatory, so I bought it.
Could you please clarify:
Is personal insurance legally mandatory with every new bike purchase?
