Jill Murphy was one of a kind. Generous and tenacious, sparky and funny. And fabulous, utterly fabulous. I grew up reading her pic books and then I was so, so lucky to work with her at MCB. Dream come true, but better. Thinking of Charlie, Pamela, and all who knew and loved her.
