The @Hermesparcels service is a joke. Your man left this on my doorstep and ran away before I could speak to him. The confirmation photo uploaded to the app was a different box. I can't get through to a rep as your contact system does not handle #complaints. #badcustomerservice

@thesnatchwell @Hermesparcels Trying to get through to @hermesparcels is a nightmare. The app has no facility to give feedback and the phone number directs you to their chatbot 'Holly', which has just two functions - show you a photo of a delivery or let you report damage to property. That leaves Twitter 🤷‍♀️

@jahamlin1 @Hermesparcels @charmedagain22 You need to get them to follow your account and then follow them back for DMs to work. It's extremely #frustrating, but that seems to be Twitter's rules rather than theirs. (Personally I would much rather get in touch with @Hermesparcels direct but Twitter is the only way.)

@LoveWilko I've sent you a DM. I'm mainly interested in how this keeps happening. When splitting packages why send a single pot in its own huge box, and then put kilos of fertiliser in on top of seed potatoes with enough space that everything rattles around? It's nuts. #badcustomerservice

I received my @LoveWilko order today and it was smashed to bits. A growbox & seed potatoes crushed beyond saving. I'm amazed as you packed a plastic pot in tons of bubble wrap but lumped heavy boxes of fertiliser in with fragile items with no protection. #shitshow @Hermesparcels

@ChrisHoppyBots @richgreen117 @Hermesparcels @HERMES In desperation I tried 'Holly' their chatbot but that will only show you the picture the driver took of your item (which in my case was misleading). Other than that options are 'report damage to vehicle or house' or 'track another parcel'. It's infuriating.
