Dear @InteriorKE @kipmurkomen @SakajaJohnson @PoliceKE you can visit FBI, CIA, LAPD but police in Kenya can NEVER reach such levels; unless you:
1. End CORRUPTION and enforce REFORMS.
2. Retire the old corrupt Regional commanders who strangle change in police.
3. Make police in Kenya a SERVICE not a force.
4. Retrain over 90% of police personnel.
5. Focus on trust building between police and Mwananchi.
Creating a new police wing (NMPU) just adds to the corrupt units we already have.
Look at the mirror. Stop lying to yourselves and Kenyans!
