@FrankGashumba Our entire Ugandan school system, from the elementary to the tertiary level needs a serious overhaul. Child abuse starts in school for most. Why have a child get up by 4-5 am and then he/she stays in school past 6 pm? We need to emulate the West on how a child should study.
