I am not sure if Tomlin will want to come here or if a defensive head coach is what we need....but man we need someone who installs discipline and structure to this organization and culture.

@AsiasAnalysis I think he has maximized value but he has invested alot in the offense at the QB, WR, TE, and draft capital on the offensive line. I think he has overplayed his hand a little. I would not have traded for Porter but could be wrong.

@shawnn75 I think perspective is lost with some moves by FO of 49ers as some worked out others did not. Trey Lance is overshadowed by Brook P. They had a LT retire and they found a silly GM to give them a cornerstone for pennies. Fair to say don't fire them, but they were 1 move away

@Russellmania621 I think it's a fair point. But I also think they have a lot of moving parts that they are still trying to figure out where they fit. I think injuries continue to play a role, and he is still learning what play calls he likes.
