@ConservativeLA It depends on how the judge rules on lesser included offenses, having seen the body cam video. I think the pre-med student thought he was a prowler and armed herself, and he didn't identify himself as PD and didn't give much time to drop the weapon before shooting.

@albertodelacruz @RedStateBlonde I subbed a class in Klein ISD once and stopped to ask a girl when 'a' was used with conocer because she was reading a book. She knew the answer, I asked how, she already spoke Spanish and was in for an easy 'A'. That was in the suburbs.

Native speakers can take AP Spanish in 8th grade and enter high school with college credit. I know the students in Spanish I for Native Speakers complain bitterly, expecting an easy class and not getting one.

@albertodelacruz I mentioned the @houstonpolice lying to get a no-knock search warrant and killing a white couple in their bed, the husband had grabbed his gun when his door was kicked in. It was not news outside #Houston, if the victims were Black I suspect it'd have been national news.

@albertodelacruz I replied to her with several examples of police brutality with white victims, some from the news, one, the gang beating of a teen turnstile jumper that I witnessed. The retweet I commented on shows where she is at, and I reject that.
