Does any other writer amuse themselves by running the same draft through BOTH Chat and Claude?
Ngl, I often feel better about myself after the experience.
Itโs a lot like having a couple of meetings on your screenplay and getting diametrically opposed notes.
Nobody knows nothin'. Still.
I have my kids (oldest is 9) in gymnastics. Builds strength, body awareness, and coordination. And some muscle. At home, I try to have them do some bodyweight exercises. But even that is more for general physical preparedness. This has helped my son immensely.
I don't really see the benefit of working out with weights until they're in puberty/14 or so. There's so much bodyweight stuff they can master that can be programmed to also help them become a better all-around athlete.
That said, some curls will probably help satisfy the weights itch... that's what I let my son do. He feels manly. Everyone is happy.
The same thing that stops "Hollywood" directors will stop AI directors - bad scripts. Or bad direction on good scripts. All of the other stuff you write about is true, but if the story execution isn't there, it won't matter. Learn to write. People underestimate how hard good storytelling is, even with infinite tools.
@orenmeetsworld Appreciate the micron count and staple fibers tip! Nothing worse than buying something you think is high quality only to have it pill after a few wears.
@orenmeetsworld Pretty obvious rec, but with 3 kids btwn 5 and 9, I'm always surprised how much the Magna Tiles and Picasso Tiles get played with (despite tons of other options).
@orenmeetsworld Love your takes on this stuff, and I like your taste. BUT, it looks like you're married - what I really want to know: who makes the final purchasing decisions for home decor? (because I know where my suggestions end up, no matter how good they are haha)
Welcome to SoCal Hard Tech Landscape (5.0).
This SoCal hard tech landscape map includes 226 hard tech companies across the region.
As a reminder, I donโt include the Primes of the world in this map.
These are mostly VC-backed startups, founded after 2000, with the majority launched in just the last seven years.
@SpaceX , founded in 2002, is one of the oldest on the list. The โSpaceX Effectโ is evident, with roughly half of these companies tracing their roots back to it.
PS - If you want a PDF version of the map, DM me.
