@Ocado second failed delivery in the same month. Thanks for letting me know at midnight and failing to offer re-delivery the following day. Unprofessional and very poor service from a company that claims to have the best food delivery service in the UK.

@GatwickExpress I booked a ticket online for Mon 7 May from Gatwick to Victoria - but I now need to travel the day after - is this ticket still valid on Tues 8 May? If not, how do I change / refund this order and purchase a new ticket for Tues 8 May?
