Immune to Infodemic 2.0 (I2I2) Expert Workshop on AI powered disinformation: State of Play

As part of the event series within I2I2 Project, the expert workshop on AI generated mis/disinformation was held in Helsinki, FIN. The workshop brought together experts and stakeholders to discuss the evolving landscape of AI tools and their impact on media and information integrity. Key discussions included:

- Security, cybercrime and information interference with gAI content.
- Media, AI, and Disinformation.
- Digital Literacy and Democracy

The following points were emphasized during the discussions:

- Awareness about the risks of gAI generated misinformation/disinformation
- Digital Literacy and Media Literacy
- Critical Thinking and Questioning the Information Resources.

We are committed to leveraging these insights to enhance our upcoming events and project materials. A big thank you to @Faktabaari , for organising the event, and all participants for their valuable contributions!
