The side deal should be required to stand on its own. Inventing a pick via free agency was expressly forbidden as part of an overall deal.

@Nic_Ashman I would introduce very significant fines as a % of prizemoney, that hit both the jockey and trainer. It will stop almost instantly. It has to be enough to push the financial outcome back a few places at a minimum & completely where it is a significant breach. It’s a choice!
