@kindofstrange The US has a weird approach. In my small knowledge for my year living here I notice that they do not give any specific benefits to any. Basically unpaid leave until they come back. At least that make everything balance and one genre will not be discriminated

@gamemakerstk Singular They feels like trying to hard to change the language that is not supposed to be sexist. It's like people using X and @ (for Spanish speakers). Some languages are gender richer than others, we can use rewording instead of breaking language rules.

@gamemakerstk Well. I love inclusion but don't like to use extra words just because. I believe equality comes from openness and "normality" not from special treatments. I do agree with your gender specification idea when needed and language background issue.

Game Dev requiere mucho esfuerzo de muchas áreas y en mi opinión hay un riesgo fuerte como negocio.
