Terrible experience with Chime Bank @we_treat. Spent a week trying to get a charge reversed. They won't even look at it. Horrible customer service - major disappointment. @chimebank

Is it just me, but is it impossible to get real support for any @Microsoft product? I am locked out of @Skype and their virtual assistants (which are truly terrible) just keep me going in a loop. This is a great example of when supposed AI becomes DI -dumb intelligence
