@Skydance_1 Sony owns the Spider-Man IP in movies and TV. That deal predates Marvel’s deal with Disney. Sony made a deal with Amazon to do several series based on Spider-Man IP. This show is first. I’m guessing Disney didn’t make a similar bid on this as Amazon did.
