#LFF2024 caught screenings of The Surfer with Nicholas Cage , the director’s influences were ‘The Swimmer’ & ‘Wake in Fright’ two of my all time faves! It was brilliant & Super-man the Christopher Reeve doc’ both heartbreaking and uplifting. Highly recommend both 🎥. #LFF

David Essex (4th October 1977). The penultimate edition of David's 1977 series saw him preview Brave New World from Jeff Wayne's Musical Version of The War of the Worlds.
Back to one of my favourite places @rexberkhamsted for a screening of the brilliant ‘wilding’ doc’ , a must see! Especially on the big screen 🎥X
