Last week I finished a 10 month course of hospital treatment that involved weekly overnight trips to London.

Any advice/tips from those who have had long/life changing hospital treatment. How did you rebuild afterwards? Feeling pretty lost with it all.

As I come to a 5 week break in my treatment at @KingsCollegeNHS @MaudsleyNHS, it was a pleasure and a privilege to introduce my beautiful daughter Elsie to my London life, her first trip to our Capital City.

Making memories with you is my favourite thing to do
