@RealGunLobbyist i love that they claim suppressors are rarely used in crime because they are regulated - apparently though making something a crime is ineffective
@dsawyer All jokes aside the argument centers on funding misappropriation. Half the money is donations and half is obbba redirection (among other accounting tricks). Personally I could give a shit but that's the argument some are making
@AmySwearer@RAVerBruggen Agreed...in the communist state I live in if I had to shoot a rabid coyote or an aggressive wild dog I'd be pretty sure I'd be risking my permit my reporting it...no thank you
@BradRTorgersen I can see both sides. If you have a 1911 w/ 1 in the chamber round and a engaged safety it is "safe" but u gotta train to disengage the safety or it is = to an empty chamber. If you panic w/ a no safety light triggered appendix carry you castrate yourself in a SD situation So....
@blkgunsmattr Castle rock v Gonzales 2005 - Scotus rules cops have no inherent responsibility for your defense only a general duty to society. In short they said - you are on your own.... destroyed any lingering delusions I had about "the thin blue line"
@DefiantLs No problem - he can monitor me in my own home right after he pays the mortgage - you want to treat it like an office - I'll expense it. I do my work. Piss me off and I'll do it for your competition.
@MrColionNoir 100%. Situational awareness is key - it may be "right" to say something like - I should have the freedom to walk down that alley at 3am in a bad neighborhood - but you can be "dead right" too. A gun is secondary to a brain.
@Hughmungusdik@Desert__Deus@MSLF yes but technically the law is still on the books - 10th C says its unconstitutional but state is only barred vs plaintiffs in this case. future cases can raise the 10C ruling as a defense but the law itself is not stricken
@Desert__Deus@MSLF agreed - but the 10th already issued an injunction calling it unconstitutional - what we now have is every single person in NM who wants to challenge this has to file their own case... absurd..ruling for the gov bind US immediately and as a group...against the gov is individual
@MorosKostas I'm sorry I must be misreading that it reads like you chose to buy something other than a gun with your disposable income. I'm assuming that this post is an error please delete it immediately
@cdburgerjr@guns_ny 100% the difference even in my wife's 1911 in 380 and an lcp is insane. Likewise I csn put 38s through by service six without missing a beat. In a snub? Takes way more control.
@guns_ny Anyone not familiar with hand guns would be better off with a 22lr lcr than a micro 9. At least you can hit what your aiming at. Get good with that and then worry about controlling a 16oz poly that bucks like a bronco
@Leonajardinho Dental plants aren't actual insurance, they're forced savings plans. I'm not saying they should be. I'm saying that's not a function. You pay a $125 a month for dental insurance, and it's cap to $1500 a year. You just get your money back
