The Italians wouldn't waste £7.5M of our money ensuring the opportunities presented by their tunnels could never be realised.

Yes there's a war taking place which is having an effect globally.
We must focus on ways to isolate ourselves from this unfortunate situation.

Sort the rest out after.
If anything goes to court, it will be assessed for whether it was done with good or bad intentions regardless of whether it is illegal or not.

@Ramsay59 @AlastairDalton They get collected by a helicopter. It's the only way to get them counted in time otherwise it would take days just to gather them all up. Also done for obvious security reasons.

@AlastairDalton It doesn't seem normal for most of the breakdowns to be engine related. It's a perfect fault that can be easily staged and difficult for any member of the public to verify if it's real or not.

@AlastairDalton I think you should investigate a fuel shortage cover-up as a potential true reason for the current situation. Covered up to prevent panic. Maybe there's something up with my app but a reply I left earlier appears to have been hidden.

@Mick_Sewell2000 Fuel shortage covered up with the excuse of mechanical breakdowns. Notice how they are mostly engine problems and not something the general public can see fail.

These figures are misleading as they don't represent the difference between routes.
Just 1 cancellation can leave an island like Colonsay without a service for 5 days.

@EdwardNRose1 @ArgyllAppliance @AlastairDalton @TheScotsman That may only be 5 missed sailings and no big deal by your metric, but it's devastating for the beginning of the tourists season and the Easter holiday. The current situation is an absolute disaster, and there's no glossing over it, and it's not the first bad year either.
