@MatthewMKE98 This is under the assumption that every single top prospect becomes a long-term guy, which is probably wishful thinking unfortunately. Guys don’t always turn out
@Soonernator@FranDuggan@ryanhammer09 Brother the nba regular season got so bad that they had to create an in-season tournament and qualifiers for awards just to make the players care, let alone the fans
@Soonernator@FranDuggan@ryanhammer09 Not necessarily, it makes the regular season and conference games/tourneys a lot less important when teams around or below .500 can still get in which sucks
@ftskeebo@FranDuggan@ryanhammer09 I guess if money is the priority, but I’d rather see more auto bid schools in the actual tournament than .500 at large teams
@FranDuggan@ryanhammer09 It depends on who plays in the extra play-in games. If it is all at-large teams, then thats more understandable. I’ve also seen reports it could be all auto-bids, which would be totally unfair to those schools
@clarkisking1 Big market fans will claim there is no reason small market teams can’t compete without a salary cap… until teams like Cleveland and Milwaukee actually do, then it’s “unethical”
