To all the haters go hate. Ive watched the video many times and play competitive golf. His ball was surrounded by high tuft/clumps if fescue. Not sure with fescue that high how he could step around it, take a normal stance to play, without having to step on/in the fescue. The rules officials on site AT THE TIME, did not say anything. Neither did any commentators, all experienced professional players or commentators and not a peep. Period. England got very badly screwed vs Argentina by obvious referee favoritism for Argentina. I think the R&A overdid it here on the ruling
