I've been thinking about growth lately
Not the motivational version of it.
Because when you strip away all the language, growth is not an achievement. It is a response to conditions. The first question is not how badly you want it. It is what conditions you are living inside.

You are not expanding in every direction. You are becoming more fully what you already are at your deepest level. And you did not design that truest version of yourself. You discovered it. The original authorship belongs somewhere else. That changes the question entirely.

My thoughts from the month January dump
📍Identity is how businesses last
📍Nothing is a coincidence. Nothing is new either
📍Life moves in phases, and for each phase you have to be ready for the next one
📍No problem in a brand stands alone. Everything is connected

Democracy wasn't handed to us; it was demanded by voices that refused to be silenced.
This #DemocracyDay, we carry forward the legacy left behind by amplifying solutions that uphold equity and participation. Here's to the voices that built the past and those shaping the future🇳🇬
The real enemy of impact is "settling".
📍Settling for a great pay at a 9-5
📍Settling for great followership rather than genuine engagement
Settling; that's the greatest enemy of impact.
Having faith in your own word is a superpower.
Saying you’re going to do something and knowing that you’ll go through with it is the foundation of confidence.
