It is important for all of us to remember this Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) on the Burial of His Majesty King Oyo Nyimba Kabamba Iguru IV.

The terms and conditions spelt out in this MOU were all sidelined and never followed. Why would Government draft an MOU it can not enforce? Was government okay with the fact that the terms and conditions were broken?

Did Government come out to address this issue or it was left to who it may concern like the King's Will was!
