因み��上長は「他者が右に行こうとしてるところを、傾聴しつつ“左の方が良いよ”と提案/説得できる力があると評価が高い」的な事を言ってたが、じゃあ右に行こうとしてる人達が聞く耳をあまり持たない気質である場合でも自分のコミュニケーション力の方に責任の所在がのしかかるのか？と疑問に思った。

自分の会社の評価の一環でコミュニケーションに関する項目があるんだけど、まさにこの類のことで上長と熱めの議論になったことがある。

自分の意図が伝わってない人がいる場合は意図を汲み取る側の能力だけではなく、伝える側の言語化する力や言い換えする力、要約力にも責任の所在はあるよね。

承認欲求を『悪』と断罪するのは、結局自分のそれを棚上げした自己正当化に過ぎない気がする。

というか、結局みんな欲求まみれなんだから、それを叩くより上手く使う方がマシだと最近思ってきている。
