A 75-year-old millionaire hunter has died after being trampled by a herd of elephants in Gabon.

Ernie Dosio, known for big-game hunting, was out hunting antelope when he and his guide unexpectedly came across five elephants in dense bush. The animals, startled, charged without warning.

The professional hunter survived with injuries… but Dosio was fatally trampled.

He was a vineyard owner from California, known for his trophy collection and charity work. His death happened on April 18, and his body is being returned to the US.

A powerful reminder — nature doesn’t play by human rules.

Seven-month-old Digong has captured hearts in the Philippines after being seen helping his disabled owner, 46-year-old Danilo Alarcon, travel through the streets of Davao.

After a motorcycle accident left Alarcon unable to walk because of spinal injuries, Digong began pushing his wheelchair forward with his nose, staying faithfully by his owner’s side.

The incredible bond was witnessed by Faith Revilla and her husband, who were so touched by what they saw that they stopped to meet Alarcon and later took him out for lunch. ❤️

On the night of May 17, police officers in Vaucluse, France, found a tiny lamb only a few days old wandering alone on a road in Entraigues-sur-la-Sorgue.

The lamb was in danger of being hit by a car and was too young to survive the cold and hunger on its own. So, the officers brought it back to the police station for the night.

They prepared a police cell for the little lamb, wrapped it in warm blankets and fed it using a glove with a small hole as a makeshift bottle.

The officers took turns checking on the lamb every two hours throughout the night to make sure it stayed safe and warm.

The next morning, with help from local police, they found the lamb’s owner and were able to return it safely.

What started as an unusual rescue ended with a tiny lamb safely back with its owner. 🥹🐑❤️

Italy has allocated €2 million over 2026 and 2027 to help rescued dogfighting victims receive veterinary care, food, daily support and behavioral rehabilitation.

The funding will reimburse eligible organizations caring for dogs rescued from illegal fighting operations, helping them recover and find safer futures.

Animal welfare groups have welcomed the initiative, saying it will ease the financial burden on rescuers and strengthen efforts to fight illegal animal cruelty.

In northern Gaza, Mr. Salam continues to feed stray cats that are struggling to find food and survive in extremely difficult conditions.

He takes the time to bring them food, giving these hungry animals something they desperately need. Many of the cats have no one to care for them, making acts of kindness like this even more meaningful.

Despite the difficult circumstances around them, Mr. Salam continues to show compassion toward animals that have been left vulnerable. His kindness is a reminder that even a small act of care can make a difference in the life of a helpless animal. 🐾❤️

While firefighters were battling a fire at CENOP in Ibagué, Colombia, they noticed a small turtle in danger and quickly stepped in to help.

Amid the smoke, heat and chaos, one firefighter took a moment to give the exhausted little animal some much-needed water. 🥹🐢

Thanks to the firefighters and police officers who were keeping watch, the turtle was rescued and given a chance to recover safely.

A powerful reminder that protecting the community also means looking out for the animals and nature around us. ❤️
