BLUE PLAQUE: Heddon Street, Soho — where David Bowie became Ziggy Stardust 📍⚡️
Ziggy Stardust may have felt like he descended from a completely different planet, but the truth was, David Bowie invented him on the streets of Soho. London's central neighbourhood was a beacon of creativity in the 1970s and Bowie was at the heart of it.
Things may have changed a little these days, but the remnants of that history still live on through his Heddon Street Blue Plaque.
