While it is a good thing that VW has to pay for their fraude, I find it quite unfair that the owners of the extra poluting cars are now being compensated. Please understand there is a special tax (BPM) that is based on the amount of emissions of the car. So the buyers of the VW's got a lower BPM tax, because of "dieselgate" and now the same people get some extra money, while people who buy cars from decent companies pay the full BPM and get NO compensation... Sounds unfair to me.

I believe it's actually a positive thing that more countries get it. Every new country where it simply works, will make it more and more obvious the EU must follow one day.

PS. I bought FSD on my first Tesla in Feb 2019 and transferred it to my current Tesla, without being able to use it for a single day yet...
