@NianticHelp I have. This has been an issue for nearly a year or so. Messed about with sliders etc. Only bothered to report it because I switched to other outfits and thought it might’ve been sorted by now, but it’s not.

@NianticHelp last night joined a Garbordor max battle with a remote pass I couldn’t encounter it as all I had was this screen (1st pic) and I couldn’t do anything except reload, losing the encounter /pass/particles to be told no issue, no reimbursement because it was completed.

I have not been already reimbursed as well, just straight told by your automated reply ‘deal with it’. Can I ay least get the remote pass back? It’s ridiculous you can’t rejoin a raid or max battle from the ‘friends in raid’ screen if this stuff happens.
