EffectiveCommand, is a charitable organization which promotes best practice in Incident Command development, training, assessment and scientific research.
#BurlFire recently took its Incident Command training to the next level with Senior Officers. Using large-scale emergency scenarios, Dr. Katherine Lamb and the @EffectivCommand training team challenged and elevated incident decision-making skills to keep us on top our game.
@EffectivCommand has gone 'totally nuclear' this week with instructor training @opg Westelyville fire training centre and Clsrington Fire @ONFireChiefs
The @EffectivCommand program helps develop the concept of the thinking commander—someone who has the capacity to deal with the unexpected.
