Not that it's clear this will help us get any closer to a decipherment, but even without that it remains an incredible new attestation of the uses to which Linear A was put, and indeed the media which supported inscriptions.

One of the reasons we can make less of Linear A than other generally legible but undeciphered languages (like Etruscan) is the lack of continuous text -- so much of what we have is limited to spartan administrative documents.

The inscription apparently goes around all four sides, and is the longest continuous inscription we have in Linear A, which is incredibly exciting.
