Why are my books showing as to be read in my TBR, but I’ve read them?

Is it because they’re different formats? If so, how do I fix it?

I used to hate Wart Jr., thought he was ugly. He randomly moved in to my NL town, and moved in the ONE spot I’d missed when placing flowers and patterns to keep them in a grid/neighbourhood along paths. I was SO mad.

And then, as time went on, I grew to absolutely adore him lol
