Micromachined some test microfluidic chips this week on our Haas VF-2. This chip contains a 0.5mm channel with M6 threading for fluidic connectors. The parts are then cleaned in an Ultrasonic bath before being packed individually.

@power_fearghal @OSVentilator @ColinJ_Keogh @ConallLaverty Elastic actually proves to be easier to attach than cutting and knotting rope/string. We have ordered samples of the later to evaluate this for the next batch!

@NickDprint @OSVentilator @ColinJ_Keogh @ConallLaverty The sample was done with PETG and 0.5mm Acrylic (not ideal) but the actual finished design is 0.25mm clear PVC. I will post again early next week with an update!
