BIG NEWS: A Federal Judge in Michigan just ordered Starbucks to STOP firing union leaders.
The judge issued a national cease-and-desist order against Starbucks to prevent the company from firing workers in retaliation for their union activity.
Starbucks has filed charges against us twice before, and both were dismissed by the NLRB without merit.
Meanwhile, the agency is prosecuting Starbucks for hundreds of labor law violations, and the company has received guilty verdicts from multiple NLRB judges to date.
