@LouStagner what are the odds that all players in a regular 4 ball group will shoot under their handicap index?
Related question, will @ArccosGolf allow users to start a group round where all shots / stats are tracked for the round with game modes available (match play etc)? Thx

@Fit_For_Golf Give this a listen when you finish app launch and find 2 hours! Recommend

@Fit_For_Golf If winter focus is swing speed development (3x week stack, max speed driver) does it make sense to follow Velocity or In season, prioritising recovery for CHS work?

Or do you recommend building mass / force alongside speed training but lengthening recovery between sessions? 👍💪🏽

[Felipe Kohn @eFXKohn]

@Fit_For_Golf Mike, can’t thank you enough for the journey.

Looking fwd to the next 300 with the new FFG App.

For anyone still on the fence, not sure if they should join, do yourself a favour in 2024- GET Fit for Golf- stick with it and never look back!

@Fit_For_Golf I did the above last year and saw very good results, can 100% vouch for it. Record high, low, average for the sessions and watch your ⬆️💪🏽🏌🏾‍♂️. Loving @TheStackSystem now!

[Felipe Kohn @eFXKohn]

@Fit_For_Golf @TheStackSystem Mike, can you DM me your Stack Code so I can stalk you for motivation? 💪🏽

@4golfonline @LouStagner Think we need to give @GregChalmersPGA a Saturday morning stat handicap so he can keep up with Mark. Come on Greg :)

[Felipe Kohn @eFXKohn]

@Fit_For_Golf Loving the new text formatting on the videos, Mike!

@GregChalmersPGA @LouStagner And all with LW!

Maybe a silly question: Is there a way to do a Stack session with AirPods whilst listening to music?

I tried and it cuts the music off when I begin a session.

@andyrapsuk @Fit_For_Golf Rough guide, multiply CHS by 2.5 so 100MPH of CHS translates to distance potential if 250 on a perfect strike. Use Trackman University’s optimiser for more detailed info.

@Fit_For_Golf Pushing myself ahead of a golf trip at the end of July. Today I start 45 days of speed
- Warm up
- 15 Max Speed Driver Swings
- Record LOW,MAX,AVG
- Every day for 45 days

Updates at the start and 15 day mark.

Let’s go!

[Mark Crossfield @4golfonline]

@LouStagner I think it really helps the shorter golfer, I am just here as the long dog.

@Fit_For_Golf Great idea- could you write a section on the app guiding how to select optimal weight goals through progressive overload.
Could app suggest goals based on historical data ? E.g, user regularly hits the top end of reps on same weight- app suggests weight % increase.

[Felipe Kohn @eFXKohn]

@Fit_For_Golf Those ideas sound perfect. Any plans to add a warm-up or some specific routines with the 3D-strap - would help ease the pain if paying the postage costs they charged me 😳😂😳
