Technically, you have a potential short.

But before executing, ask:

What is happening with US yields?

What is the dollar doing?

What is the ECB communicating?

What is the current rate differential telling us?

Is there major US data ahead?

The chart gives you the location.

The macro environment gives you the context.

Don’t trade the chart in isolation.
