Just got an email that my cat food has been delivered. Which means I have to get up and actually go to the door to bring it inside. If I do that, the cats will demand lunch. It's too early for lunch. Solution? Stay in bed.
I'm feeling optimistically cynical. Not just cynical, but cheerfully so. It's certainly an unusual feeling. Last time I felt like this, I wrote an entire dystopian novel.
For @Mirtscham and everyone else on #BookTwitter - my newest review:

When I'm listening to a live recording on my playlist and the song ends, the world just starts applauding. I can never figure out if it's for me, for doing normal life tasks, or the music.

How long after you wake up do you stop accidentally misspelling words that should be easy to spell?
For example: in the above line, I misspelled three words before going back to fix it. It's very annoying. My tea needs to kick in, please.
That moment when you write a word that isn't commonly used in modern language anymore and the word processor marks it as incorrect...I am, officially, a dinosaur.
