Trump: “We received a 10 point proposal from Iran, and believe it is a workable basis on which to negotiate.”
Trump (and I guess the world) are benefiting from the complete dereliction of the media to have reported on this ten point plan. It is weeks old.
But I am fine letting Trump pretend it’s brand new and he forced it out of them.
Reminder: "Future historians will look back on this moment and say" presumes there are future historians and a future civilization of human beings, which seems like an increasingly shaky presumption
Quick reminder that a bill has been sitting in Congress for years that would empower military leaders to ignore a deranged president’s unauthorized nuclear first-strike order & now Trump is threatening to blow up the world.
The bill is right there - pass it now.
@CallForCongress Yeah... That's why she lost. People voted for the candidate that was never antiwar but was still able to brand himself as antiwar and has now showed his true colors.
@MaxBlumenthal Assuming the US doesn't step in significantly, what are the chances Israel resorts to nukes? What other options would they have other than surrender?
@JoshYohe_PGH He's nowhere close to being the caliber player or leader as Sid. The league wanted to make "McJesus" the new face and he's got none of the characteristics worthy of it. We've seen it 2 years in a row. He's skilled and fast. He isn't the rising tide raising all boats like Sid.
@SenWarren He hates you so much that you should agree with him in getting roped into a war with everyone so he'll do the opposite just to spite you.
Be a better politician.
@DoctorFishbones And the Right would be losing their mind for even considering engaging in another conflict in the middle east. This is such a dumb argument. Have principles or don't. War with Iran is either ok or it's not. There's not a gray area to consider which administration is doing it.
