@Fernand84340182 Not a path, but for exchange transfusions, we have a cutoff of 7 days. For low volume transfusions, we just use our freshest pedi-pack in inventory, so no strict cutoff. My previous hospital (pediatric) had a cutoff of 7 days for all neonatal transfusions.
