@FirstSouthYorks Yes he was. He had his student ID on him and he showed it to the inspector. The inspector told him that didn’t matter because he was out of district. He then listed “no ID” as the reason for issuing the fine.

Yesterday my son was fined by @FirstSouthYorks for paying the fare the driver stated (student fare - £1.50). He had his student badge around his neck.
He was also told by the inspector it was “best to pay it online so your mum doesn’t find out”.

If you have a phone contract with @O2 then I suggest you do some reading on sim swap fraud and think about changing provider - it’s very easy to access your account with them and very difficult to get them to resolve it!
