But yeah it is highly likely that the maniac Putin will order a mobilisation, he needs to do something to fill the gaps of the massive losses Russia is suffering.

But even if Russia mobilised now, they need to train, organise and equip the new soldiers. That will take time.

Not much oil is being pumped and robbed without heavy investments and a lot of time since Venezuelan oil infrastructure is very run-down and lacks capacity!

Without massive investments over a long time not much oil is coming out of Venezuela since it’s oil infrastructure is old and broken!
