@LounsberyFarms Our 7.5 inch beans have been kinda nice with that theory too, but boy they get to be pretty short in bad spots and then I wish they were in rows to help feed better. 15 sounds like a nice middle spot
The McCook Country Club Chase the Ace is over as of last night. The winner was the Jason Robertson group. The total pot was $550,821. Congrats to the winners, and thanks to all that supported the event. When we started this back in 2019 we couldn’t have imagined this outcome.
@matteichacker73 It’s looks good to the consumer. I’m all about adapting to what the customers want and I think it’s kinda foolish to look the other way even though you and I are on the same page that it will probably have a slim impact on the environment!
@Tyler84703038 This was last year and it didn’t pan too well. Gave up 40 bushel compared to 30 inch. Nearest I can tell tho the covers all came in real nice but the top end of 60 inch corn was about 160
@BainbridgeAG We had the same thing on one field. We couldn’t go once it got too dry in the afternoon. Come back tomorrow morning when the stalks are tough and she should feed in a little better. At least that’s what we found!
@matteichacker73@CalebWiest@CRNAfarmer I have struggled with this on the gen 4 but idk cause I was always thinking that when you only use one rank you go from a 30 ft drill down to a 29.37 ft cause you give up that extra offset row from the front rank?
@EichackerJoe Whichever one is the lightest with the most floatation. In a no-till situation I would say the left but I can already see a Snapchat of you standing on the ladder and it’s buried😂
