@wendyp4545 The Fed Reserve destroyed the housing market when they lowered interest rates to 3% and below, causing prices to skyrocket! Here in CO people were bidding $100k over listing price and the frenzy continued until housing was obscenely overpriced. Then they raised rates.

@edstetzer I agree people drift away when they are neglected. Some move on to other churches, many give up on church all together, which impacts giving. But if your motive for building relationships with and caring for your members is to keep the donations flowing, you missed the point.

@drjenwolkin Interesting! I don’t watch TV but I do like to read and will often read the ending to see how it turns out when the plot gets too intense. Once I know the ending, I go back and finish the book.

@ValerieAnne1970 I had an individual plan with them and canceled it. It was $62/mo and while it had a decent annual max, it had co-insurance on most services and limitations on others. May as well be self insured.

@CopperHeadMedia @ValerieAnne1970 I just looked for an individual plan. They offer 7 plans starting at $32/mo up to $90/mo. The $32/mo plan basically covers your 2 annual cleanings, has a waiting period if you require a filling, and has a per visit copay. You are better off self insured.
