@AmazonHelp I am now on day 10 of a total account take over. I’ve contacted support nearly a dozen times. No one is helping me. This is the worst nightmare I’ve ever experienced. 2FA is compromised. Tied to seller acct so 2FA can’t be removed. $7000+ in fraud and no help

@AmazonHelp I CONTACT SUPPORT, TELL THEM HOW MANY TOMES IVE CALLED AND THAT I AM DESPERATE FOR HELP. THEY INFORM ME ALL THEY CAN DO IT ESCALATE TO FRAUD VIA TEAM VIA EMAIL. ~12 HOURS LATER I GET NO-REPLY EMAIL STATING 2FA HAS BEEN DISABLED BUT IT HASNT. 2FA CODE GOES TO HACKER. RESET LOOP

@AmazonHelp I have tried that. I have been sent in this endless loop. 2FA cannot be removed since this is also tied to a seller account. When the fraud team tries removing/resetting it does not work. It just gets reset back to their phone number.

Please actually help me. I am desperate
