What @realdaveumahi & his principal have organised in the so-called #LagsCalabarCoastalRoad is the biggest heist in #Nigerian history. They knew it from before the very 1st day.
What we have are a bunch of petty rustlers in high office. Period!
The Lagos-Calabar coastal road project would no longer go through the coast after Lagos and Ogun states. Instead, it would detour inland through Edo State to join the East-West Road. Engr Umahi calls this "a wonderful engineering decision by Mr President"
Under the "Nigeria First Policy", the FG has mandated all ministries, departments, and agencies to procure vehicles exclusively from licensed local assemblers.
NADDC DG Oluwemimo Joseph Osanipin warned that foreign procurement now requires presidential clearance.

Emeka Chikelu: The Minister Who Refused to Give Up on His Values
In June 2003, Njikika/Anaocha/Dunukofia Federal Constituency in Anambra State elected a young man to @HouseNGR. His name? Emeka Chikelu.
Emeka was a graduate of University of @unimaid_01 & @UniOfBuckingham. His Dad, Owelle Gilbert Chikelu, had worked with Gen. Obasanjo as federal permanent secretary & would later serve #Nigeria also as Ambassador.
In July 2003, President Obasanjo tapped Emeka Chikelu as Minister of Information & National Orientation.
It was at the beginning of a period of mayhem in Anambra State, orchestrated by Obasanjo's acolytes, including the abduction of the governor, acts of untold violence, arson, assassination. Through it all, the President barely spoke.
In the midst of this, in 2004, President Obasanjo offered a high #NationalHonour to acclaimed writer, Chinualumogu Achebe. Achebe declined, memorably telling the president in November 2004: “#Nigeria’s condition today under your watch is...too dangerous for silence. I must register my disappointment & protest by declining to accept the high honor awarded me in the 2004 honors list.” He was from Ogidi in Anambra.
Folkiwing this, the Presidency sought to instruct the Minister of Information to do the dirty on Achebe. He quietly declined, reminding them by his powerful example that a job may have a #SellByDate but grounded values do not.
In a reshuffle early in the following year, Obasanjo removed Emeka Chikelu as Minister & found himself people whom he could trust to say or abuse anyone whom he wanted in the way he desired. Today, his acolytes in power in different parts of Nigeria, including especially Anambra State, shamefully re-enact the Obasanjo playbook, forgetting that they will not be in power forever. Those who credit them with knowing better mistake the book cover for its contents.
Given a choice between high office vs. his values, principle, & decency, Emeka Chikelu chose the latter. Unlike many of his peers & predecessors in high office, Emeka Chikelu has never been associated with any scandal.
There are very few of him left.
1 million French people singing Salve Regina with Pope Leo XIV at Place de la Concorde
This is where King Louis XVI was martyred in the French Revolution
In 2023, Joshua Okoro campaigned for David Umahi.
Eight months after Umahi became minister, Okoro’s company began receiving contracts worth billions from the Ministry of Works violating Nigeria’s procurement law.

This tweet accidentally explains one of the deepest problems with Nigerian education.
We have confused early literacy with early intelligence.
A 5 year old kid reading and writing before everyone isn’t impressive. Childhood development is not a race to finish the ABC. Those early years should be about building curiosity, creativity, problem-solving, communication and independent thinking.
Let them build things. Draw nonsense. Play games. Solve puzzles. Ask annoying questions. Learn to disagree and explain why.
Then reading, writing and maths become tools for a mind that has already started learning how to THINK.
And Twitter is probably the funniest evidence of what happens when we get this backwards 😂
Every day you meet people here who can read and write beautifully. Big grammar sef.
But comprehension? Omo.
You write A. They read B. They argue passionately against C. Then 4,000 people retweet aggressively 😭
That is the tragedy.
Literacy is not the same thing as education. Being able to read is useless if you were never taught how to think.
Good evening, Distinguished Senator @iamHSDickson.
I will be direct and very clear: the support groups did not start this fight. You did. And by doing so, you gave the green light to your communications team, specifically Theo Abu Agada,to launch an all-out assault on the very people backing this movement.
Politically speaking,a leadership fighting its own base is an amateur mistake. It is never done anywhere in the world. You cannot treat your structural engine as your competition.
First, you going on national TV to declare that "no one is more qualified than me to run for president" and claiming that Peter Obi and his followers "are not doing the NDC any favor" was a major strategic blunder. Incase noone has told you, here you go.
No smart politician or political party reduces a massive, organic coalition to "squatters" using an SPV only insults the people you need most. You need us the most. Need i remind you that without this support base, your political party is just a piece of paper registered at INEC. You cannot brag about a certificate when you have alienated the voters. We have seen this movie before and it did not end well.
The energy of the Obidient movements is what gave life to the LP, ADC and now with the Kwankwasiya inclusive, NDC became a thing. However, in the case of LP and ADC who allowed institutional arrogance took over and abused that loyalty, those platforms paid a heavy price. The consequences are there for everyone to see.
The NDC can either learn this lesson or repeat history. Allowing Theo Abu to use the party's media hub to look down on the Obidient and Kwankwasiyya (OK) movements, demanding total submission while downplaying their financial and grassroots power is political suicide. The OK movements and NDC are partners in this alliance, not servants to be bullied. No one is bigger than the other. And, if at all, there is need to clarify the bigger one, the OK is far bigger than NDC.
Leadership is about building synergy, not forcing subjugation. The ball is now in your court, Senator. You can choose to be a unifying leader, or you can keep alienating the very foundation holding this party up.
Your choice.
"We are in charge of the budget of @UN, meaning that we control the whole of the 85bn USD budget of the UN....."
U can take a guy out of @NGRSenate but u cannot take the ways of @NGRSenate out of dude. Loopy or what....?!
His Excellency, Professor Chukwuma Charles Soludo, CFR
You claim the President is your friend. What has the President actually done for you?
1. Has the Federal Government connected Onitsha, the largest open-air market cluster in sub-Saharan Africa, to the national rail network?
2. Has the Federal Government linked Anambra to the Gas Master Plan?
3. Has the Federal Government designated the Chinua Achebe Airport as an international airport? President Tinubu designated Muhammadu Buhari International Airport in Maiduguri as an international airport—likewise, the Victor Attah International Airport in Uyo.
4. Has the Federal Government allocated strategic funds for expanding the Onitsha River port? Or for dredging the River Niger?
5. What international brands have you attracted to Anambra with support from the Federal Government? No global manufacturer, auto OEM, pharma MNC, FMCG giant, or even a brewery has established a confirmed greenfield plant during your tenure.
6. How much FDI have you attracted to Anambra? From mid-2023 to date, Abia ranks among the top three Nigerian destinations for recorded capital importation with $150m, while Anambra remains at zero.
Sir, there is no harm in supporting President Tinubu, but Tinubu is leveraging his relationship, and you have gained nothing from the Federal Government apart from a visit by the First Lady.
You mocked an international FDI in Anambra undertaken by your predecessor, but after five years, you have attracted no FDI based on official figures you can verify.
After all the noise dies down and you no longer have a state-funded media team, this is how you will be judged.
After politics, there is life.
Kaa sir
Kalu Aja
You put your favorite killer in charge of security of the state.
And a ritualist is now your youth ambassador.
And you claim your concern is the advancement of the people of the region?
Dude is worse than a drain pipe!
This fake man has suddenly gone silent and has refused to say anything about what Soludo is doing to PO!
He is silent because he thinks that Soludo will handover to him.
It is very hard to see an Igbo elite you could look up to; most of them are compromised with no souls and balls.
Let’s look at a few FACTS, comparing the JAPA life to the Nigeria life.
An average full time worker in Nigeria works a minimum of 40-50hrs per week and earns an average of ₦200K, while a JAPA student works a max of 20hrs per week and earns €800-1000.
I can use €20-30 to stock up groceries that will last me a week, but in Nigeria I will need a minimum of ₦100-150K for same.
I pay €49 monthly for my regional ticket that I use for train, tram, and bus around Austria, but a Nigerian will need 35-45% of his salary for transportation alone in a month.
I pay €78 monthly for health insurance that gives me access to same health care your President and Top men scamper to get abroad, but an average Nigerian can go bankrupt with just one health scare.
I can decide to take a walk around 2am midnight and not be scared of anything, but the average Nigerian can’t confidently move around in broad daylight without fear for his safety.
As a student I can travel to 29 countries without a VISA on a 3-day vacation and I won’t need to spend more than 15% of my income, but an average Nigerian can’t afford to go to Kenya 🇰🇪 for a 3-day vacation.
Let’s not talk about stable electricity, the quality of air I breathe here, the infrastructure, and all round quality of life.
Professor Chukwuma Soludo is a FEIND!
The soil of Igbo land will stand against him.
His bitterness against Peter Obi started since 2010. Here is the evidence...
