@MWCwire 2/3rds of the tax would be used for academic improvements. Only 1/3 would be used for athletic improvements. Nothing is earmarked for the stadium. I don’t doubt that some of the tax would be used for the stadium through bonding out the tax revenue, but this is not a stadium tax.
