BREAKING NEWS! Day 4 with no response from @snapchatsupport @Snapchat. In case anyone was under the impression that they gave a fuck about hackers using their platform to scam people out of money during a global crisis.

Day 3 with no response from @snapchatsupport @snachat after being hacked and having friends and family scammed for money. What a freaking joke! Meanwhile the scam artist keeps contacting people on my behalf. Love that.

Pro tip: If you need help from @snapchatsupport, then you need to complain about something like losing a snap streak. If you complain about someone hacking your account and scamming people out of money, you get told to check your spam folder because they can’t do anything else.

@snapchatsupport ANOTHER day of being hacked out of my Snapchat, while someone takes advantage of my friends and family for financial gain. No response from your support team. So far I’ve had to return almost $300 to people who were scammed.
